For domestic shipments we offer Ground Service, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. For international shipping we offer Canada Standard, Worldwide Expedited, and Worlwide Express. We will not deliver to a PO Box.
Personalizing every order means we build your order as soon as it is received assuming we have also received all relevant personalization information to be used for your order (photographs, etc). Due to the time it takes to personalize each item, SympathyArt.com typically ships your order on the first business day after it is received. Orders placed Friday will ship on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Tuesday. If you have any questions regarding shipping options, pricing or delivery estimate, please contact us.
Domestic Shipping Arrival Times and Rates: -Ground Service - 48 contiguous U.S. States only. Please allow up to 7 business days from shipping date. -2nd Day Air - 48 contiguous U.S. States only. Please allow 2 business days from shipping date. -Next Day Air - 48 contiguous States only. Please allow 1 business day from shipping date. -Shipping Rates will be calculated within the order process for your review. These rates are based on the size and weight of the item and the physical ship to address.
International Shipping: -Canada Standard -Worldwide Expedited(4-7 Days). Please allow 7 business days from shipping date. -Worldwide Express (1-3 Days). Please allow 3 business days from shipping date.

Return Policy We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or for an immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it, and it is understood that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), so please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions about personalization before placing your order. All transactions are done through Google Checkout . With Google Checkout, you have 15 minutes to cancel your order. But we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders after 15 minutes, as they are sent into production immediately.
